Fantastic Stay in the City Center
great assistance excellent location king size room city views
Jakob at reception provided GREAT assistance when I needed to change my room! He remained calm during an emergency. It was VERY reassuring. The hotel location is excellent. It's close to attractions. I appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a king-size room with a balcony. It had AMAZING city views.
The air conditioning did not work super efficiently. The room felt a bit warm.

The breakfast offers excellent choices. I particularly enjoyed the variety. The restaurant has a terrace facing the river and the dome. Sitting outside was wonderful once the rain stopped.

The hotel is located directly opposite the Cathedral. It provided a amazing view. The hotel is within minutes of Alexandraplatz and most attractions. Museum Island is also within easy walking distance.

The rooms are modern. Their facilities are really good. My room was spacious and clean. The bed was HUGE and comfortable. I found it easy to relax after exploring the city.

easy access friendly staff great space
I was THRILLED with the location as it allowed easy access to many attractions. The staff were super friendly and helpful too. The room itself was a great space (loved the decor!).
I experienced minor delays when trying to reach reception by phone, needing several attempts to connect.

The hotel location is excellent, very close to the station and tourist attractions. Breakfast had excellent choices (the croissants were delicious). The hotel also offered a spa area, offering a relaxing environment.

The Collection Premium Cathedral View room was very comfortable. The bed was large and firm. I was grateful for the great breakfast. There was a wide selection of hot and cold items. I appreciated the fresh fruit and pastries.
The gym was a bit busy in the mornings. It only had a limited number of machines.

the location is fantastic. i found the hotel to have a fine interior with really good design elements. breakfast was also a real highlight, with many options.
The room was quite far from the lifts. It meant quite the walk.

Breakfast included an a la carte option. the lounge and bar area looked very nice. the hotel boasts a restaurant with a terrace facing a river and dome. It gives you a wonderful view.

The reception area is amazing and very spacious. staff members are friendly. They are very helpful. i noticed that staff were attentive and wanted to ensure i had everything i needed.

The location is ideal. It's really close to tourist spots and train stations. easy access to shops and train stations is also a big plus. the hotel's proximity to the main cathedral and museum island is amazing.

charming spree stay
great location relaxing pool
the location was great with easy access to sights. the breakfast offered good variety and quality things. i liked the relaxing pool and sauna after a day of exploring. the staff were friendly and mostly helpful, i feel.
the checkout was strange. one of the receptionists was rude, and this made me uncomfortable. i hope they improve their handling of card issues in the future.
